Farms

Meadowbrook Apples 1

The Hudson Valley is as rich in farms as it is in soil! For almost a century, Hudson Valley farms have been supplying food to NYC.  The farm to table movement is really a way people have lived for decades.  We are very fortunate to have so many farms that promote tourism in the Hudson Valley that grow an abundance of food from apple orchards to everything else!
